Deborah Ann Woll

Deborah was born in 1985, in Brooklyn, New York, with Irish and German roots. She trained in acting, dance and piano. She was a high school student in the Packer Collegiate Institute and graduated from the BFA course at the USC School of Theatre at the University of Southern California. Deborah's first film role was Jessica Hamby in HBO's True Blood which is a vampire drama that was praised by critics. In the following years she was cast in films like Mother's Day (2010), Seven Days in Utopia (2011), Someday This Pain Could Be Of Use to You (2011), the film Catch .44 (2011) in which she starred alongside Bruce Willis and Forest Whitaker, and Ruby Sparks (2012). Edward E.J., Woll's lover is a comedian. Scott is a comic and his family is afflicted with choroideremia, which is a condition that slowly blinds its victim. The comedian uses her fame to advocate for her as well as other people suffering from the condition.
